BOUNCE HOUSE LIABILITY WAIVER & RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of inflatable bounce houses and related rental equipment carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death. These risks may result from:
- Falling or jumping within or around the equipment
- Collisions with other users or objects
- Improper use or lack of supervision
- Unforeseen equipment malfunction or failure
By signing this Agreement, the Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the bounce house and any additional rented equipment or add-on packages.
2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS
- Any damage to the bounce house, including tears, punctures, stains, or burns
- Any damage to or loss of add-on packages, such as games, generators, extension cords, decorations, or other rented equipment
- Any missing items upon pickup or return of the equipment
In the event of damage or loss, the Renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement, as solely determined by the Company.
3. SUPERVISION & SAFETY
- Provide constant adult supervision during the use of the bounce house and all rented equipment
- Follow all safety instructions and operational guidelines provided by the Company
- Ensure all participants meet the age, weight, and usage limits specified
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in injury, equipment damage, or additional charges.
4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Renter hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the rented equipment, including claims for bodily injury, death, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No oral representations or statements shall modify this Agreement. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
6. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
By signing this Agreement, the Renter authorizes the Company to charge the credit card on file for any of the following:
- Damage, repairs, or replacement costs
- Missing or stolen equipment
- Excessive cleaning fees if the equipment is returned overly dirty or soiled
- Overtime usage fees beyond the agreed rental time
An itemized invoice will be provided for any charges.
